Greg Otto

For 30 years Greg Otto has painted the urban landscape. A recipient of a National Endowment for the Arts grant, he is a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art. His work has been exhibited in New York, Washington and Baltimore at Betty Parsons Gallery, Studio Gallery, B.R. Kornblatt Gallery, Galerie Françoise, AIA/Baltimore, The Baltimore Museum of Art.  His early abstract drawings are represented by Francis Frost Gallery in Newport, R.I. Since 1996 Otto has been asked to paint many educational, corporate and non-profit institutions including: Johns Hopkins Hospital, McCormick & Company, Woodrow Wilson House, George Peabody Library, Enoch Pratt Free Library, Montgomery Park, Garrett-Jacobs Mansion, The Walters Art Museum, The Hirshhorn Museum, Smith Building of Wilmer Eye Institute. A four-year project for AIA/Chicago culminated in a 2003 sellout Baltimore preview. Currently, he is at work on paintings of New York City.
